Real estate operating partnerĀ ARGO Real Estate has acquired the Harp Trading Estate in Trafford Park, Manchester, as part of its brown-to-green urban logistics strategy with Blue Coast Capital.
The multi-let industrial estate comprises 20 units, with unit sizes ranging from 2,829ft² to 8,228ft² totalling 78,131ft².
The acquisition is the latest as part of ARGO Real Estateās joint venture with Blue Coast Capital, which made its debut in March 2025 with the purchase of the Tuscam Trading Estate in Camberley, Surrey, for around Ā£40 million.
The platform is aiming to aggregate a £500m portfolio, through repositioning multi-let urban logistics investment assets into sustainable properties in economically strong and densely populated UK towns and cities.
Newmark acted on behalf of ARGO Real Estate. CBRE and Knight Frank advised the vendor.
